We treat all reviews as valuable feedback. Dilwana allows customers to provide feedback for every product that they purchase. This feedback will enable Dilwana to upgrade or fix any queries from clients.
- The first step is to go to profile and then log in as a buyer. Enter all necessary credentials needed.
- You will then need to add whichever product you wish to purchase to your cart.as shown on the below screen shot
- After the addition to your cart. You will be requested to write a review on the product you purchased. Still on the same page of purchase. Rate the product ranging from number 1 to 5 and comment on the product in the sections provided.
